Robotics Software Engineer

1. Software development, debugging, deployment and technical support for automation equipment and robotics projects; 2. Develop host-computer software including device communication, motion control, data acquisition, status monitoring, alarm handling and HMI; 3. Work with mechanical, electrical and vision engineers on system integration, on-site commissioning and issue diagnosis; 4. On-site software maintenance, code optimization, feature enhancement and version iteration for customers; 5. Prepare technical proposals, interface documentation and related technical materials for R&D projects.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in software engineering or a related field; 2. Project experience in automation equipment, robotics or industrial software development - at least 5 years for bachelor's degree holders, 3 years for master's degree holders; 3. Proficient in C# or C++, and fluent in Python; 4. Familiar with common industrial communication such as TCP/IP, Modbus and CAN; system integration experience preferred; 5. Experience with motion control cards, servo control, industrial cameras or host-computer software is preferred; 6. Experience integrating MES/WMS interfaces and familiarity with data acquisition, task dispatch, status feedback and alarm workflows is preferred; 7. Strong coding standards, interface design, troubleshooting and documentation skills; 8. Familiar with AI-assisted programming tools and able to use them to improve efficiency in coding, debugging and documentation; 9. Experience in robot motion control, simulation validation, localization/navigation or path planning is preferred; familiarity with ROS/ROS2, Isaac Sim and robot SDK/API is a plus.
