Job Description
1. Mechanism design for custom automation equipment, selection of standard components (cylinders, lead screws, motors and other common parts), design drawing output and BOM preparation;
2. Participate in structural assembly and commissioning of automation equipment; provide on-site guidance and training;
3. Follow up on later-stage equipment maintenance.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, mechatronics or automation; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred;
2. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and office software;
3. Solid knowledge of machining processes and material properties, with a clear sense of manufacturability and cost;
4. Able to formulate complete automation development plans based on requirements;
5. Strong hands-on ability and capable of commissioning the equipment you design.
